I'm surprised your still on DLA as it was being replace by PIP, I got moved over in 2017 and was a new claim for PIP luckily I got better rates under PIP. You have the option to change to PIP, or try getting reassessed on DLA. There is no back payment for stuff that you didn't raise as a CoC so you wouldn't be entitled to any backpay.
